Returns, withdrawal and refunds
Our online store ottavionuccio.com adopt a very strong and precisely defined policy of returns, it shall apply to any product of website.
All articles are made and customized individually at the request of the customer. Before the confirming and sending the purchase order, you must read these terms of sale carefully.
Products must be checked by you at the time of delivery to you to ensure that they are free of any anomalies. In the event of any anomalies detected after delivery, you must contact the company within 24 hours via email to the address indicated in the “Contact” section of the site in such a way:
- Enter the order number
- Explain the failure of the product
- To request the return of the item by replacing it with a new product or by refunding the price paid. The sold out products cannot be replaced with another product and will be refunded in cash
The consumer has the right to cancel the order without paying any penalty clause and without specifying the reason, within 24 hours of the request, via email to the address indicated in the “Contact” section of the site.
You can return only items and accessories available in stock at the time of purchase and you can obtain a refund equal to the amount paid, net of transport costs, in these cases:
- The product is sold out
- The product has manufacture defects
- The product not in conformity with the order
Shipping is paid by the company only if the product has manufacturing defects, the size doesn't comply with what was indicated by the customer, the item is different from that required. In all other cases, the transport costs will be charged to the customer.
You can return personalized items if they are available in stock at the time of purchase, the cost of customization will be deduct from the refund.
The products purchased and not customized are refunded only for an error of the size by the company or if the consumer found a misalignment between the color tone of the product and the image of the product on the website *.
*Our photographs are edited by the graphic to provide an accurate image of the products, but we are aware that the quality of the image may vary depending on the monitor or device used for viewing. To overcome this problem we have set up a service to send physical samples to the customer to personally evaluate the fabric.
You cannot return the items and accessories customized and made to measure for the customer.
Products for a change of idea and products made in incorrect sizes are not refunded. The customer will pay for sartorial changes.
Items must be returned new, unused, clean and with all labels and garment tags still attached, complete with accessories and all their parts, within 14 days of their receipt. Return that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will not be refunded.
The products should be returned in their original box to guarantee protection during transport. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product.
Returns that not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.
Shipping is the responsibility of the company only if the product has manufacturing defects, the size of the items does not conform to the size communicated by the customer, the item is not the one requested.
The refund will be credited by bank transfer to the customer's current account, the amounts paid will be refunded in the same currency as the purchase.
