Withdrawal from the contract

You can exercise your right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, as provided for by Art. 54-bis of Legislative Decree No. 209/2025. Fill in the form and click 'Continue': you'll be able to review your details before submitting and, once you've confirmed, we'll send you a receipt by email.

Made-to-measure and made-to-order garments are excluded from withdrawal: details in Returns, withdrawal and refunds.
