Italian Tailoring for MenDelivery times
Orders are dispatched by TAILOR DIFFUSION SRL from Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00. Orders placed over the weekend are processed from the following Monday morning.
Shipping times depend on availability, on the type of product chosen and on the delivery area. Average times are:
- 45 to 60 days for made-to-measure production, entirely handcrafted: around 45 days if the fabric is already in our warehouse, around 60 if we need to order it from the supplier (for special requirements or urgent requests, please contact our customer service at info@ottavionuccio.com);
- 2-7 days for garments available in stock sizes.
We ship worldwide via the couriers UPS, SDA and TNT TRACO. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
- Italy: 1-2 days;
- USA and Canada: 3-5 days depending on destination;
- Europe: 1-5 days depending on destination;
- rest of the world: 3-10 days depending on destination.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures and inspections, or by events of force majeure beyond the control of TAILOR DIFFUSION SRL.
We would remind new customers that we may ask the bank or PayPal to verify the transaction, which may include contacting the counterparty bank: this verification may cause some delay in the dispatch of the order.
Available items: immediate dispatch
Orders for items already available are dispatched by the second working day following the day on which the order was placed.
In all cases we reserve the right to postpone dispatch in the event of force majeure.
Shipping methods
We deliver orders worldwide via the couriers UPS, SDA and TNT TRACO. You can receive your order at the address of your choice: when ordering, you may select two different addresses, one for billing and one for delivery.
We do not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. boxes).
Once you have placed your request and completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Should you not receive it, we recommend checking that the email is not in your junk mail folder; if it has not arrived there either, please get in touch with our customer service at info@ottavionuccio.com.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination and the value of the order:
Italy
- Orders up to 199,99 €: 10,00 €
- Orders of 200,00 € and over: free shipping
European Union countries
- Orders up to 299,99 €: 30,00 €
- Orders of 300,00 € and over: free shipping
European countries outside the European Union, America (North, Central and South), and Africa
- Orders up to 99,99 €: 30,00 €
- Orders from 100,00 € to 499,99 €: 60,00 €
- Orders of 500,00 € and over: free shipping
Asia and Oceania
- Orders up to 699,99 €: 60,00 €
- Orders from 700,00 € to 1399,99 €: 150,00 €
- Orders of 1400,00 € and over: free shipping
Shipments outside the European Union are exempt from VAT, but are subject to import charges (customs duties and taxes), which are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the costs listed above.
As required by the laws governing trade, all our shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value in euros.
